Which versions of Windows can run iFinger?
iFinger runs on all versions of XP, Vista and Windows 7.
Does iFinger run on Windows 7 64 bit?
The current version supports XP, Vista and Windows 7 64 bit
Double click does not work! Why?
Internet Explorer 8 running in Windows 7 “steals” the double click from iFinger. If you prefer to neutralize this (i.e. instant look up by marking a word and double click) you need to deactivate User Account Control (UAC) in the Microsoft Security settings.Notice that this is on the users own responsibility.
This may also be done through the Control Panel by following path:
- Activate or deactivate user control
- Deactivate user control.
- User accounts
One alternative is to use [CTRL]+[F11} or change to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
